Are the wellness spaces private?
Yes. Bellevue’s and Phuket’s outdoor hot tubs and saunas are exclusively for guests of their respective suites. Bali Bornéo’s indoor XXL whirlpool bath with two full-sized places and XXL double shower are also private.
Which suites have a terrace?
Bellevue and Phuket each have a private panoramic terrace. Bali Bornéo has no terrace.
What are the bed sizes and floor areas?
Bellevue and Bali Bornéo: 55 m² and a 200 × 200 cm king-size bed. Phuket: 48 m² and a 180 × 200 cm king-size bed. Each suite accommodates a maximum of two adults.
Can we cook our own meals?
Yes. Every suite has a hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, teapot and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils are provided, along with coffee, tea, sugar and oil. Bellevue also has a raclette grill and an ice maker.
Are linen and a hairdryer provided?
Yes, bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are included. Toiletries are listed on each suite’s page.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is an extra at €29 for two people. Request it at least 48 hours in advance; availability is confirmed before payment.
Is romantic decoration included?
Some images show optional extras. La Parenthèse Romantique and other extras in the collection are not automatically included in a standard stay.
How do I request an extra?
Choose an extra from the collection, then ask about availability. Arnauld or Alexandra approves the request before payment, then confirms the service once payment is received. For Airbnb, use the platform’s messaging exclusively.
What time can we arrive?
Self check-in is from 5 pm; check-out is by 11 am. Early arrival from 3 pm and late departure until 1.30 pm cost €30 each, on request and subject to confirmation.
How do we receive our code?
Your personal code is sent 24 hours before arrival. Bellevue and Bali: shared entrance, then Nuki smart lock. Phuket: private entrance and Igloohome smart key box.
Where can we see prices and booking conditions?
The booking engine shows availability, prices and conditions for your dates before you confirm. Please read them before booking; conditions may vary by booking channel.
Is there a security deposit?
A €500 security deposit applies to your stay. Details are set out in your booking conditions.
Can we bring children, pets or visitors?
Suites accommodate a maximum of two adults aged 18 and over. Pets, parties and outside visitors are not allowed. All suites are non-smoking.
Are the terraces filmed?
No. Exterior cameras cover only the parking area, entrance and rear of the garden. No private terrace is filmed.
Is parking free?
Yes, each suite has one free private parking space. Two 4 kW charging points are available on request at €20 per booked charging day, subject to availability.
